Moving Towards Our Vision

The team meets on a university campus. The vision had lived within the founders before — but this is the moment the decision to commit is made.
The Period of Ideation
We begin building with farmers, not for them — reaching out to farmers to shape the product together. At the same time, we connect with NGOs, academia, and industry for guidance and mentorship. We draft our first documents, win our first recognitions (IIT Kanpur, Goethe University), and are accepted into our first incubators and accelerators (Hessian.AI, RWTH SEP, FSEC). We build our first prototype, secure public funding, and finalize Freedom to Operate analysis for key features.
The Period of Iteration
We test our prototype and travel to the regions where our early adopters are based. We visit farmers near Hawassa (Ethiopia) and Nellore (India), and receive letters of intent from GIZ, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, DLG, and other organizations working with small farmers. Insights from the first prototype are integrated into the second. At the same time, our business strategy, work norms, and daily rhythm take full shape.
Towards Deployment
We complete the second prototype and begin field testing. We travel to engage NGOs for project rollout and present the product at multiple expos worldwide. Partnerships continue to grow in preparation for deployment, alongside securing EXIST and additional public funding.
